The biggest challenge in designing the building was to create a building that simultaneously meets the requirements of functionality, aesthetics, and comfort, in accordance with the closed-row construction characteristics of the site.
When designing the facade, our goal was to create a building that harmoniously fits into the streetscape, yet has an exciting and unique appearance. The living-dining room unit played a central role in the interior of the building, which was designed in close connection with the back garden.
Large glass surfaces, sliding doors and terraces overlooking the garden allow the interior to become almost an integral part of the garden, creating a bright, friendly and homely living space.
