During the design process, we designed the building based on the client’s vision for a modern, flat-roofed family home, which also provides an exciting garden connection. The essence of the concept was to create spacious, bright spaces, while striving to balance aesthetics and functionality.

The character of the building is defined by its clean, modern lines, complemented by the use of quality materials and elegant detailing. In addition to the large glass surfaces, the facade is made special by the subtly emphasized balconies, while also strengthening the balance of the building’s mass.

The garden connection received special attention during the design: the ground floor communal spaces open almost organically to the covered terrace and the carefully designed garden, which provides space for relaxation and family gatherings at the same time. The interior and exterior spaces of the building form a harmonious unit. The result is a generous, aesthetic and timeless home that meets all the needs of modern living, while providing a special architectural experience for its residents.
