The mass of the house is built up of cubes, where the visually different use of materials on the lower and upper floors creates a contrast. The cladding of the ground floor is made of a material reminiscent of natural wood or wood cladding, while the white plastered surface of the upper floor suggests lightness and elegance. The canopies and pergolas play a shading and aesthetic role, while also defining the dynamics of the building.
All four apartments have separate entrances and are complemented by their own garden and terrace. The ground floor houses the communal spaces – living room, dining room and kitchen – which are in direct contact with the garden and terrace. The private spaces, such as the bedrooms and bathrooms, are located upstairs. The upstairs terraces and large glass surfaces provide adequate natural light and a panoramic view of the surrounding green areas.
