One of the most important challenges of the design process was to properly manage the specific situation given by the wide plot. To this end, we paid special attention to the spatial connection between the living room and the dining room, which is made special by a corner window. The cantilever design of the window required unique static solutions, which we carefully integrated into the structural design.

The garden connection was given a prominent role in the concept. The covered terrace directly connected to the living room not only creates continuity between the exterior and interior spaces of the building, but also provides an ideal place for outdoor family and friends events. One of the main guiding principles of the floor plan layout was to transform the kitchen, dining room and living room into a spacious, unified community space that can truly be the center of family life.
