The biggest challenge of our project was the size of the site. We had a long, narrow building area that had to be opened directly to the public space.
We divided the mass into two units: private and communal areas. The bedrooms and their associated service rooms were placed on the right side of the entrance, while the living room, dining room and kitchen were placed on the left side, complemented by an additional gallery on the upper floor.
He also tried to separate the functions in the mass of the building, with the private parts being lower, while the communal parts were given a higher building height.
One of the strongest elements of the building is the connection between the living room and the garden, which also creates the opportunity to view the castle garden located in the immediate vicinity.
